2-in-1 Garden Shear, By-Pass & Anvil

The double bladed shears have bypass and anvil shears which means you will have everything you need straight away.
To change the blades, just turn the handles round to the other side and if you need the other blades, turn them back.
High quality make with blades made of long lasting rust free carbon steel.
The handles are ribbed and have rubber for a safe grip, even when you have wet hands.  There is a safety locking device.
